How To Reach Valara Waterfalls
If you are coming from Cochin to Munnar or Thekkady, Valarakuthu, i.e. the place where the Valara Waterfalls is situated lies 23 km away from Neriyamangalam. The ghat road starts after Neriyamangalam. After this comes Cheeyappara, which is situated right next to the road. You will hear a roaring sound 12 km after Cheeyapara. This is the place where you need to stop the car since it is possible you might miss out on it because it is situated off the road.
