Oishi Park, Fujikawaguchiko Overview
A lakeside strip on the north shore with the clearest uninterrupted view of Fuji across the water, planted with lavender in summer and kochia in autumn. Free. It is about five kilometres from Kawaguchiko station, so take the red line sightseeing bus rather than walking; a two-day bus pass is two thousand yen against fifteen hundred for one day.
