The Dainkund to Jot Trek is a 9 km, well-marked trail overlooking the Chuwadi Valley and the Pir Panjal range. Starting from Dainkund Peak (also known as the 'Singing Hill' for the sound of wind through the trees), the trek passes through forests and meadows on a moderate trail before reaching the hilltop of Jot, with panoramic views along the way. It's a popular day hike near Dalhousie for both nature lovers and casual trekkers.
