Sri Thendayuthapani Swami Temple is the largest Hindu temple in Cameron Highlands, Malaysia. Located in Brinchang at height of 1600 metres, the temple is very popular among tourists due to its luxuriously styled colourful building.

Chithra Powrnami is a 3-day Tamil ceremony celebrated on a grand scale in the temple. On special occasions, the temple organises free community meals. It also holds rituals for traditional weddings. Sri Thendayuthapani Swami Temple is mostly visited by strawberry and tea picking community of Cameron Highlands.

Structure of Sri Thendayuthapani Swami Temple

A magnificent new building of the temple was completed recently. It houses a grand staircase which leads to the mandapa. Here you'll find colourful and intricate Tamil-Nadu style figurines sculpted by Indian artisans.

The temple is located near Hotel Titiwangsa on the main road in Brinchang and can by best reached by car/taxi since it has no access to public transport.
