Bentong is well connected by roadways. Major Routes that converge at Bentong are Route 68, Route 8 and Route E8. Route 68 which starts at Gombak ends at Bentong. The highway Route 8 starts at Bentong and connects to Kota Bharu as the final destination. The prime highway is that of E8 which connects Bentong to Kuala Lumpur and Kuantan.

Bentong is also well connected with local buses to Genting Highlands. Taxis and Car Rentals are also available to commute from one district to another. The nearest airport is Sultan Aziz Shah Airport and you can take a bus or hire a taxi to cover a distance of approximately 80km in 1 hour.
