    Great place to stay at with an amazing view!
    The resort was beautiful and had an amazing view of Chembra Peak. The staff were extremely helpful and courteous every step of the way.

    Beautiful stay
    We got a beautiful view of Chembra peak. Rooms were clean. Staff were really helpful. They made us comfortable. Food was really good. One day they had prepared Kerala style breakfast. Which was really good.

    Wonderful stay and amazing vue
    We had a wonderful stay in the resort. The view is amazing from the lodges/rooms. A special thanks to Thomas who helped us the whole time in the hotel and to prepare some excursions. This is a great spot to be based for visiting the area. This was part of our honeymoon trip and we had some most appreciated special treatment.

    The location was good with a great view from balcaony. You can see the chembera peak from room
    The place needs more maintenance, rooms are good but the facilities and the age of the buildings looks little old. The pick up/valet serivce should be included for the last 100 metres steep road too

    We had a very pleasant stay which was truly relaxing!
    The property is situated atop a hill and has the most beautiful view of the mountains from the balcony of the room. It was pure bliss to witness something so majestic. The property had all the amenities listed. We loved the pool overlooking the mountains. The food was also great! The breakfast was superb. And the staff were very helping, courteous and understanding. They took care of everything that we asked for. I would 100% recommend visiting here. Overall we had a very pleasant stay.
    The road leading up to the resort entrance could be improved a little for better access as it is a little steep.

    The stay was all good and cozy.
    They offered complimentary breakfast 4 main items, fruits, juice, egg omelet as per your taste they would prepare. The breakfast is good. Lunch, dinner, snacks, are done as per your order. Lunch or dinner can be ordered few hours earlier and they will prepare it for you.
    The entire setup was all welcoming.

    - Staff was very courteous and helpful - Premium wooden cottage - room was spacious - Good view from the balcony - Reasonable food rates
    Wouldnt say what i didnt like but have some suggestions to improve overall experience - Can add cornflakes in the breakfast menu and few more items - Bathroom fittings can be enhanced like having a rack /shelf for keeping the toiletries - Housekeeping should be done voluntarily and not when the guest asks for it. - More items in the menu since there is no other hotel nearby to order or dine in
