This is a convenient hotel if you like living and shopping in a hotel/mall.
Personally, this is a bland hotel with a weird layout and directly in the Mall.
I like prettier hotels.
This has no atmosphere and little service.

Enjoyed the room and service, but will choose a different area next visit.
Clean and friendly staff and environment.
Too much traffic as the Galleria mall is attached to the hotel. I was there for a concert so it may have been additional traffic but the area has high traffic normally.
