Utterly disappointed with this stay would never and will never recommend this stay to anyone else
The property was amazing.
The property was amazing. But we had gone to celebrate our reception, its a one time event in our life and we were denied access to take photos by the security team all I am asking is ,its once in my life time event. will I and my wife will wear that dress and capture moments ?. I paid a premium for the hotel and these people ruined it for us. I would never recommend this property to any one . I will pay how much ever they need, all I am asking is please give me my experience. Utterly disgraceful for a five star experience. I am a premium traveller and being to Marriott group of hotels across the world and after this experience would not recommend anyone to this hotel !! Nor any Marriott hotel again in my life .

The Ritz-Carlton is the best at hospitality
The hotel staff is just really amazing and helpful. I would especially like to mention Mr. Amal at the market restaurant who made sure we had the best dinner and made us feel very comfortable. Ms. Sujata, the guest relation was really sweet, she managed to arrange the cake, got the room decorated and was very helpful throughout the stay. Mr. Ibrar from the ganache cafe was extremely sweet, he assisted us very well. Housekeeping staff decorated (sahil, Deepak, priyabala) the entire room, got us a greeting card, The front office staff Shahzeb helped us with the late check out as well. I can't name all but each and everyone was eager to help. The breakfast and dinner spread were amazing. The Jacuzzi was on another level. Had an amazing stay. The Ritz-Carlton is going to be my next stay again for sure! Much love
