    Nice find in downtown Houston and will definitely stay here again!
    The room was very nice and clean and had some really comfortable pillows. The breakfast was really nice and good. It had some food items that were slightly different than the standard hotel breakfast.
    The only issue we had was that the water pressure in our sink was very low. Also, breakfast was good, but when we were there a lot of people came at once and they were out of some of the food for quite a while and there wasn't enough seats for everyone.

    Excellent hotel in the heart of downtown Houston that makes guests feel special.
    The staff was exceptional. We felt so welcomed from the minute we got out of the car until final checkout. The room was comfortable and inviting. The breakfast was extensive and delicious. The bar and restaurant were wonderful. We ate dinner there 2 of the 3 nights we were there. The location is perfect for theater goers. It's in the heart of the arts district. I will likely never stay anywhere else when I'm in the Houston downtown area.
    I really can't think of anything I didn't like. The valet situation got a little backed up when we first arrived, but that's just a function of being downtown with limited space. The valets were efficient and moved everyone through as quickly as possible.

    This hotel is fantastic and far and away the best in downtown Houston. Staff is friendly and helpful. Checking in is also a treat with the bubbly. Everything was excellent.

    A lovely stay on Christmas Eve
    This historic, beautiful property is a must stay hotel in downtown Houston. This was our second stay here.. & it was stellar. The hotel is elegant, spotless & classy. The rooms are beautiful, spacious, comfortable & sound proofed. The bathrooms are nice with lovely old world charm & high end toiletries. The complimentary in room snacks, drinks, chocolates & coffee were great. Breakfast was wonderful & plentiful. The staff & valet were outstanding- enthusiastic & ready to serve. This is a 5 star property with a 10 star staff & valet.
