    Nice breakfast. Comfy beds, family movie playing whilst in the pool at night, able to hold the luggage for the day and kind staff gave us a key to still use facilities. Trolley service is great to Universal Studios.
    The freeway, the noise in the room was quite loud for sleeping.

    Staff were absolutely fab! Children loved watching movies outside in the hot tub. Restaurant onsite delicious.
    Our bedroom overlooked the freeway. The noise was bad throughout the night if you are a sensitive sleeper.

    It was a nice and quiet stay.
    The hotel was really beautiful and clean. I loved that it had an onsite restaurant and it wasnt too far away from the things we wanted to do. The staff was also very friendly, they greeted us every time we entered the lobby.
    The bed was a little too soft and the wi-fi wasnt that great.

    Every single interaction I had with the staff was lovely! The restaurant was wonderful and it was great having coffee facilities in the room.
    The sound proofing of the balcony doors wasnt great so the traffic noise was quite loud - I would recommend earplugs if youre a light sleeper. Also there was no mention in the property policies or description that you are charged a $200 deposit upon checking in - it would be helpful to know this in advance.

    It was absolutely because and they had everything you needed right there if you dont want to leave you truly dont have to. The food was great the bars were amazing and the entertainment was good.
    The rooms were beautiful and the pool was great!

    We stayed 5 nights with my wife and 6yo. All positive reviews are usually not very useful but can't really find anything "constructive" to say. Rooms are spacious, beds comfy and large, amenities in rooms and in the hotel great, plenty of parking spaces (33$/night for self parking), great location for universal studios and easy access to interstates for trips. If we ever come back to LA, Garland is the one we will be staying in.
