Everything about this place is luxurious and beautiful. The beds are so comfortable we did not want to ever get up. We felt like in a home away from home and this will be the go-to location for us whenever we are going to be in London!

Lovely hotel, wish I could stay longer :)

Room is beautiful, spotless clean. Coffee quality is great, toiletteries are excellent.

Wish they had rooms with a balcony or windows that open. Lobby at the entrance is a bit tight.

Lovely interior, close to the overground station, rooms very clean and come with all amenities you could think of. Nice townhouse chic. Loved the details and the cleaning personnel was very friendly.

There was no hot water while we were there but that can happen. Communication around it could have been better (we needed to ask for stauts updates and also about how they would think of compensating). In general, I think the staff at the welcome desk could be more welcoming. Hardly got greeted when we entered the building, but they were efficient in doing their job.
