The location is excellent, in South Kensington. The hotel is very well maintained in every detail. The rooms with a fireplace always lit are very beautiful. The staff is super kind and always available.

Very special.

Staff were extremely attentive. Afternoon tea delicious.. The lady at main reception was amazing. Overall it was a very special time in a brilliant location.

The room was very clean and comfortable but not sure if it was value for money. We were upgraded so not sure what our original room would have been like.

The prefect stay in an exceptional hotel

Great location, close to the tube station and bus stops. Lots of restaurants to choose from and quiet at night. The hotel was pristine and the staff couldnt do enough to help. Will definitely stay again.

Elegant, cozy, wonderful decoration and lounge. Amazing staff. Wonderfull location.

It is such a charming hotel, in an old townhouse. Very nice but till quiet neighbourhood in Kensington/ Chelsea. But also a lot of restaurants around the corner and Hyde Parc on walking distance. The staff and concierge are wonderful, friendly and so very helpful! The decoration of the hotel is amazing! Stylish, unique and cozy. I am a returning guest and hope to remain one!!
