Very good

Excellent value for money stay in central London-would definitetely stay again and recommend

Excellent place to stay if you need to be in central London-just a stones throw from Regent's street with lots of nice bars and restaurants close by. The staff were very helpful and the quality of the stay overall was excellent-lovely little outside terrace, large living space and 2 good size and comfy double beds-ideal for a girls stay in London and really good value for money

Our top floor apartment was up 5 flights of stairs so good for the steps but would not be suitable for anyone who is slightly infirm or unfit!!

Extremely central location to explore London. Attentive and welcoming staff. Well equipped apartment.

We had two occasions of lack of water in the apartment which caused a two hour delay in our morning schedule (on a very short trip) as well as not being able to take a shower after a long day. Also, the apartment is on the fifth floor with no elevator which is inconvenient, especially with young children.

No elevator (not mentioned in description of property), needs much better windows to cancel outside noise.

Worst place ever

Our luggage bag got robbed from the front door!! The hotel dont have any men butler to carry our luggage the hotel doesnt have elevator our room was on the 5th floor imagine that! I got a call saying its the reception giving me my room number and booking information saying my payment didnt come through and giving me my full name and card information asking for my cvc number! It was a fraud call but how the hell did he get my room number and dates of my check in and check out if he is not a staff member!!! The do the beds but not the floors they dont clean the mirrors! There cleaning is very bad

Disappointing not as looks in pictures

Location

No lift not specified put on 5th floor with 2 young babys and 8 months pregnant ruined our trip was exhausted. There was a leak behind the tv very dangerous with electrics. No plug for bath. Old bartered table that was embarrassing for a 5 star would not be ok in a 1 star. Throws on bed awful again not as advertised. Compensation declined. I have screen shot.

Fantastic Location & facilities!

Loved the bathroom & general decor of the Apartment block, the staff were so lovely and I loved the fish tank and how quiet it was.

I wasn't massively happy with the bedding but that's probably just me being picky. I am funny with fabrics and over stimulation

Good location, poor quality

The location was great.

The apartments were very overpriced for the upkeep, and maintenance of the apartments. The apartments felt dated, poorly kept and lacked comfort that you could get at hotels at half the price.
