Passable

The room did not meet the high standards expected for its category and price. Cold air passed through the windows, creating a very chilly environment with a low room temperature that could not be increased despite the AC working non-stop.

Superb

Would definitely consider staying in the Biltmore again in the future.

We booked the grand deluxe room, it was nice, comfortable, clean and the room service food was yummy.

The only thing we did not like was the size of the shower, it was too small!

Overpriced and average

The location was good for what we wanted The doorman was so lovely, and helpful. The staff were neutral and didnt interact

The price for one night was inflated based on the time of year. The room was 22m2 and comparable with a typical chain hotel.

Staff Location Brillant From the minute I stepped out of my taxi I was treated like a queen. The staff went over and beyond to make me feel welcome. Many Thanks

The smell. The Hotel and my room was beautiful. Everything looked five star. However, the hotel and my room had a bad smell. The lobby upon walking in the hotel smelled old and stuffy. Please add a hotel air freshener like JW Marriot has.
