EXCEPTIONAL apart from the sloping bed & breakfast policy.

Exceptional Customer Service.

Bed sloped to one side. Breakfast - I had paid for breakfast & was told that if i wanted it delivered to my room I would have to pay a second time for the breakfast + a service charge. So we didn't have breakfast even though we had paid for it!

Great spacious rooms with comfy beds and luxurious bathrooms

Service at front desk was poor - it should be a lot more welcoming. You also had to pay for wifi - in 2023!

Loud, more like a 3star. Location helps it.

Close to Oxford street

There was a really loud noise in the room, it was constant all night. Quite chaotic in the reception. No attention to detail. Very poor lighting in the room. Think it was a disabled room as the bath was low and small and the shower was awful. Leaked everywhere. Not a proper shower just over the bath.
