Very good

The location was good for the convention center, the room was clean and the ac worked properly

The beds are comfortable, the shower was fine, good pressure and temperature. Food in the restaurant was fine. Rooftop bar was a nice touch

Tv reception was spotty. Cleaning staff missed things and didnt come one day. Had to wait for some minutes for the elevator and the phone in my room didnt work at all

Problematic stay

The staff was friendly and helpful in resolving issues, which were not their fault. Breakfast meals were well sized and tasty. Restaurant staff was friendly and very kind.

Your systems REALLY need to be reviewed, as every step from signing in to singing out was ridiculously difficult and messed up. Payment can only be done on the spot and via a physical terminal. I paid with my card and the machine said it was accepted, but it wasn't showing in your system. After 15 minutes of discussions and calling my bank on the other side of the planet, which confirmed that the money was out of my account, one of the staff members found the record. Not the best welcome... The breakfast system is also unbelievably broken - you have to carry a voucher that gives you a 20 USD credit in the restaurant, which you have to provide when getting billed. Everywhere I have stayed so far, there was a buffet breakfast, where you just give your name and room and no one bothers you any more. On top of it, since I made my reservation through Booking.com, every morning I had to explain that I do have breakfast included, while the staff was telling me the system is not showing it. Not a great start of each day for sure... Another problem was the room cleanliness - the rug was stained with coffee near the machine, and some areas looked really overlooked when cleaned up. One corner had a used tissue from the previous guests. Overall, for the cost of the booking, I can honestly say the experience was not a positive one and I would not recommend staying there unless those issues are addressed.

Our stay was average at best considering the price of a room at $368 a night plus taxes and fees. They charge 4 star hot

location is good for ballgames downtown, restaurant and rooftop bar are great, and the staff is friendly and welcoming.

The beds dont have sheets, just a Duvet cover. The coffee pot was not working properly in our room. Only two of the elevators were operational. The weekend rate was high.
