Memorable stay and amazing view, moreover a silent place to relax

Most exiting part is the view from resort. I choose a single villa, which has a living room and bed room. Sleep quality is excellent and most amazing view. Dinner was good and service too. Overall a memorable experience.

Disappointing

Very disappointing, unfortunately last minute booking and ended up here :(

The Resort location is great.

The rooms in the resorts needs a lot of maintenance. Everything looks so old the doors make squeaky noises, smell like old furniture's, Bathrooms were like public bathrooms we asked them to clean it after check-in and still had not great improvements, many insects, pillows are pathetic, don't have phones to call them. No immediate response. Food is really bad don't order at all. Overall hygiene needs a ton of improvement. Now coming to the customer service, we asked for baby food and gave instructions but they never paid any attention brought something after 45 mins which could not be fed to the baby. Very Lazy and unattentively team, even the water there was not very good and had some smell.
