My review of my 3-night/4-day stay at Hyatt, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow

The cleanliness and comfort offered by Hyatt was excellent. The rooms are well kept and clean and our housekeeping staff Ravi ensured our room was done up and well stocked daily. The front desk was extremely helpful and made check in process easy. Special mention to Kamil for helping us and giving us a higher floor room as well. The views were very nice from the room. Location wise it is situated in a nice part of town and not too far away from local tourist attractions and eateries and shopping. This made it very convenient for us. And their checkout policy still stays the same! - check-in 12pm Check-out 2pm unlike many other hotels that have made the gap much more!

All was good, thank you for the Wonderful Hospitality Team Hyatt I would suggest to give options to your Guests to choose between Orthopedic and Spring mattress.

I don't like the spring mattress which is being used in hotel rooms, me and my husband had pain in the entire body everyday we wake up in the morning. Orthopedic mattress or hard mattress should be used in the rooms or we should have the option to choose from Orthopedic/Spring mattress. It's difficult for us to travel with our parents because of these issues.

The Top management of Hyatt to read this information and reply.

For the status of hotel * rating, there is no lounge, no sitting area, no space and facility for waiting, totally disappointment. I have requested few of my guest to meet me at hotel, they flatly refused to come to hotel and made other arrangements. Total disappointment and Insult. Hyatt Brand is being spoiled.
