The pool. The rooms and beds were comfortable

For an expensive hotel, the design was of an ordinary standard. No upper level bar or restaurant.

Our room was not ready upon arrival. As we are regular guests of this hotel and other Four Seasons, they upgraded us to an outstanding suite. The restaurant Cut by Wolfgang Puck is exceptional in every way.

Feathers in room. They changed it but still felt effects of allergies through the night.

Location and rooms.

It was unacceptable that the hotel was not accepting contactless card payments or Apple pay. Therefore we had to pay with another way incurring us with higher fees.

DONT KNOW HOW TO TREAT PEOPLE

Didnt try any facilities

Stayed two night cause a band from Mexico was staying there, once the staff realized that, they started to look to me and my friend rude and reply very arrogant. Even though I was pay the same price as the other guests I definitely didnt feel like one. We spend a lot of money at the restaurant and once the people from the band exit from the door that we could see them, the host form the Restaurant start laughing at us and mock.
