Check -in and Check out was rather quick and smooth . SASHAY( tap room and kitchen restaurant) : the staff (ROSIE) and food ( lunch and dinner) is excellent at this restaurant . Again a minimalistic menu but still very good.There is a cool vibe at this place esp over the weekends. The breakfast spread at the hotel, although minimal but each item is very good when its fresh out of the oven or off the pan . We had booked the DELUXE KING ROOM with breakfast ; it was definitely spacious . Although there is zero supervision in this hotel of the trainees, they are more receptive to helping resolve issues at any time . Luggage can be weighed in advance through a secret lift , in the lobby or garage Check -in and Check out was rather quick and smooth .

From the time the UBER got to the hotel from the airport : Security guard / concierge didnt bother asking to assist two female travellers esp since one of them is an elderly individual , with their luggage.Not a major issue as we are used to handling our baggage by ourselves , but then it would have been nice to be offered at least esp when travelling with elderly individuals . The reception staff were cold throughout our duration of our stay. From the time of Check-in , we had inquired and requested for an early breakfast on the next day, as we had an urgent appointment and had to reach on time .In the past many of the 4-star and 5-star hotels have obliged us, but sadly we were given the run around , even after repeated calls from the room , the following day when we arrived for breakfast ,we were told there was no information conveyed to them for the same . There is zero supervision in this hotel of the trainees. The breakfast is supposed to be served by 7:30a.m but on certain days until 8:30a.m, they would still be arranging breakfast items. The breakfast spread does not have burners and the cloche lids are left open , so perpetually either it gets cold or non -palatable . Location : nearest mall is PHOENIX MARKET CITY or PRESTIGE MALL . There is absolutely nothing for 3-4 kms of this hotel .It is surrounded by other hotels like GINGER, LEMON TREE , FORTUNE. We had booked the DELUXE KING ROOM with breakfast ; the room was spacious but surprisingly for two occupants , we were told only a single bottle of water would be kept and so forth with the toiletries and towels. The room offers a city view ,there is none - only I.T concrete jungle.
