The room that they provided was very comfortable and overlooked the pool.

The whole trip to the Lalit from the time we approached the hotel till the time we left was disappointing. The hotel was hosting a exhibition event and the place was super crowded. It took us half an hour just to get inside the hotel premises. It was my mom's birthday and I had requested for a cake to be sent up to the room. Nothing had been done and the people at the reception were clueless about this request. At last they.managed to send pastries that seemed very old. Overall, the room was the only saving grace. Will not be going back to this hotel for sure.

Run down rooms, no daily cleaning of rooms nor replacement of toiletries or towels. Had to ask for toiletries.

Disappoitning especially given the price charged

There was loud music and vibrations late into the night from the night club the hotel runs on the 6th Floor. The wi-fi didnt work. No instructions regarding wi-fi were given at reception. Had to call to check how it works, but it didnt and the promised help didnt arrive. There was no Do not disturb sign placard in the room. There was no safe in the room. There was no room service menu. To access it, one had to call Operator. They in turn tell you the number of room service (not displayed in the room). Room service will tell you to access QR code. Where is the QR code? You need to switch on the TV. No instructions on how to access QR code on TV. TV menu not intuitive. So call Room Service again and they then instruct you how to access QR Code. The mobile network really slow in the room and Wi-fi does not work, so takes ages to access the menu via QR Code. Thankfully the food was good, though quite expensive. The lift will go to the floor only with the card. If you friend or family stays on another floor you cant visit them. Saw a lot of guests struggling with getting the key to work to activate the lift floor they needed to go to. The bathroom had one tiny hand towel (probably 6 inches by 6 inches). Two decent sized hand towels would be good to have.

Fantastic spa like stay in the country

I really like the hotel, The setting was quiet and comfortable. The staff in the restaurant and bar were friendly and accommodating.

There was a lot of noise coming from the Ball/Meeting room with breakdown and a lot of clanging of dishes. this went well into the 8pm hour which was a very distracting.

eversthing was fine. All fcilites are working and in a goor condition, even the hotel is already that old. thats a very good sign. The allover Staff is friendly and helpfull all the time. Thats why i cam back again.
