The fact that you have to download there hostel aap to check in and to get the key of the room is to good because it is like more work when you want to check in it should be easy.

Good

All, except complicated way to order food they privided in the hostel.

"Hungry can't wait". Please make it easier to order foods and drinks. No need to download application and register account with phone number or email etc and scan it, wasting time even only a toast and chai for breakfast. I am in vacation, prefer easier way to enjoy food. I was with Korean tourist laughing in the morning because to many things to do to order breakfast, it is kinda like "show off" a technology but the fact make it complicated. But, if I came to Amritsar again, I would stay in this hostel again because the cleanliness, helpful staff, location and environment.

Very good

Lovely social atmosphere

I met so many cool people here. Its easy to get in contact with each other, in the rooms or on the beautiful roof top common area. I also liked that we could order food to the hostel. Each bed had a fan and two power outlets.

Location was good. Room was basic. Good for a couple nights. Had a private room.

Only good thing about this property is the location for Golden Temple/Jallianwala Bagh visit.

Location

Deceiving pictures of recreational space, no breakfast menu (only Ready To Eat Poha & Bread Omelette were available, everything else chargeable basis), the amount paid for complimentary breakfast is way to much for what is provided by them.
