Very good

Location was great as it had best of both worlds. It was in a lively neighbourhood but being a street or 2 back, it was quiet. The room was nicely appointed and the staff were lovely. Plenty of bars, restaurants and shops nearby but easy access to the tube, cabs and buses.

There was an accommodation surcharge added to the bill which we weren't expecting. Although the room was nice, the bathroom was very small and the window looked right onto a ventilation duct. When you pay decent money in a decent area, you don't expect that.
