December - March (Summer)
It rains in Peru during the summer. However, it does get pretty hot during the month of February. However, sea temperatures are fairly pleasant in February, so you can always indulge in a nice swim along the coastline.
May - November (Winter)
The temperature begins to drop come April. During May, the country becomes foggy and filled with mist. Humidity however, tends to shoot up during this period.
