Argentina Visa

Argentina Visa

Argentina has reciprocal visa policy for a few countries which means that it applies the same restrictions on a country's visitors as is applicable on an Argentine travelling to that country. Citizens from most of the countries in Europe, South America and few countries in Asia and Africa are exempted from the visa if their stay does not exceed a period of 90 days. Citizen from other countries which are not exempted needs to apply for a tourist visa which is valid for 90 days and takes around 10 - 12 days for processing.

Visa Policy for Indians

Indian citizens require an Argentine tourist visa before their travel. The tourist visa is valid for 90 days and can be applied at Argentine consulate in Delhi or Mumbai for Maharashtrian citizens. Requisite documents along with the completed application must be presented at the consulate, which is then further analysed. If everything is in order, then the applicant is called for an interview. The applicable visa fees will be paid only after having been informed of visa approval by the Consular Officer. Once all necessary procedures including the payment are complete, the visa is processed within five working days.
