The words they bluff
Absolutely Disappointing and Mentally Draining Experience with Vacation Feast – Avoid at All Costs! I was referred by Holidify to Vacation Feast for our family trip to Singapore, and I regret every bit of trusting them. Their handling of the visa process was not just unprofessional, it was outright irresponsible. They kept blaming the “Singapore agent” for delays, made excuse after excuse, and (Read More)in the end, pushed the responsibility on me to book my own accommodation — claiming they would “fight back” with the agent if I proceeded with the trip. Well, I went ahead and traveled, only to be completely ghosted by them afterward. No updates, no resolution, no accountability. I was left in the dark throughout, with mounting anxiety and stress due to their total lack of transparency and knowledge about the visa process. They sold me false promises, played with my trust, and vanished when it mattered most. This entire experience caused a lot of mental disturbance, especially because I had no prior understanding of the complexities involved. What’s worse — not once did they take ownership of their failure. I feel backstabbed and cheated. If you value your peace of mind and your hard-earned money, stay away from Vacation Feast. Absolutely disgraceful service.

Thank you for suggesting a non reliable tour operator who swindled innocents like me and vanished. There is no trace of them and I have raised a Cyber crime complaint against them

Rooms alone
Stressed trip planned.we paid extra money comparing to other travels and on trip also we paid extra for sight seeing.vittal is not a good tour operator.Money minded.He has to refund for our baggage.for the past three weeks not attending the call.

We paid 50% money for our trip and got the flight tickets at hand. One way flight ticket has correct PNR but the other ticket PNR was incorrect when checked with airline service they confirmed that for that PNR the booking was in different name. We tried calling Vital but his number was not reachable for 3 weeks. They had absconded with our money. This is a fraudlent travel agency.
