In pattaya hotel, no toothpaste
In grand alpine no shampoo, handwash, toothpaste😱😡
When we requested, they did not give a single water bottle, only daily two 500 ml water bottles, very dusgusting, (Read More) four star hotel giving one star treatment
During budha temple visit, cab driver Mango was angry because we came 10 minutes late from temple, but on the way from pattaya, she went to washroom for 25 minutes and kept us waiting, so ridiculous.
Coral island, no water to bath after sea swimming. No water in toilets also in coral island. Very bad experience. They asked money to safekeep handbag.
Small small amenities were neglected causing severe inconvenience to us.
Overall bad experience
Breakfast and lunch were substandard.
Check out was 12 pm, flight was 9 pm
Where to stay these many hours, sitting for long hours made us have back pain and discomfort
4 nights 5 days came to 4 nights and four days only
On our 25 years marriage day, on 16th, no compliments from trips n beyond, you promised there would be something memorable, but it resulted in miserable day for us
Very sorry to say this.
8 am was the scheduled time for marine park visit, nobody came, i had to beg for someone to come and pick us up till 9.30. Then one person came to pick us up, do we travellers, tourists remind you of your schedule. If wehad not called, day tour would have gone waste🤦🏻♂️
Overall horrible experience with trips N Beyond.
Very very underrated travel company.
