I really like the nature of daksh kapoor and team .They all are really helpful through out my journey.
Only the thing, I don't like that hotel staff was not that much good because of our communication problem but they are overall good .

Urvashi was incredibly helpful during a very stressful travel situation. She patiently walked us through the ticket cancellations and delay issues, kept us informed at every step, and made sure we were rebooked on another flight as quickly as possible.
