Hotel driver route everything was good. Food in shimla should be improved. Driver rupinder handa was a nice person.

It was great trip driver was very professional and his driving skills was extra ordinary the only problem he was smoking outside the car but when retruning there were a smell pf smoke. Rest 100 % best travel planner

Trip was okay driver tarsem waa higly polite. Lakhwinder was awake till midnight in order to ensure pick was smooth. Only issue face was south indian food in hotel which could have been avoided

Worst Ever Experience with TravelOcat Team. Avoid TravelOcat at all costs as you will end up getting fooled big time!!! To begin with, as per their initial email, full amount had to be paid only AFTER PICKUP FROM PORT BLAIR AIRPORT. Initially, we had paid Rs.50k/- one day prior to our departure. But, a TravelOcat representative had been nagging us continuously to pay full amount and had TAKEN full (Read More) amount of Rs. 53,700/- from us EVEN BEFORE our flight to Port Blair DEPARTED, threatening us that PICKUP will not be done from PORT BLAIR AIRPORT causing us severe MENTAL STRESS. We reached Port Blair a day after due to flight cancellation and reschedule by Air India Flight because of bad weather conditions. Another team member had committed verbally that rescheduling the itinerary is possible in unavoidable circumstances and genuine reasons. But, later again the representative took extra charges of Rs. 12,713/- threatening us that pickup will not be done even though we had paid the initial said amount of Rs. 53,700/- already. He started behaving so rudely and spoke in a harassing manner as if he is sponsoring our trip. The resort they provided in Havelock Island (Symphony Palms Beach Resort) was also very unhygienic with lots of dead cockroaches found in the room. To add to the chaos, Neil Island mentioned in Itinerary was NOT COVERED citing weird reasons that return flight will be missed. Then, why did you promise in the planned itinerary if you cannot keep up with your words? And the final nail in the coffin was - Elephanta Beach with complimentary Snorkeling promised was NEVER COVERED citing that the beach is closed due to bad weather from July 19 onwards. This team never informed us about the closure and said that the trip can be undertaken with hassle-free experience. ALL FAKE PROMISES!!! Havelock Island coordinator later promised that refund will be initiated for the Elephanta Beach Trip. Now, they are DENYING to give ANY REFUND for Elephanta Beach and we are still behind the team asking for the deserved REFUND. And they haven't sent any bill receipts till now for which we have been constantly requesting them. The entire team is only behind money and they will not care for you once they get the amount. Never ever trust them. Extremely unprofessional and condescending behaviour by them!! We are extremely disappointed with the behaviour of this team. Message To Team TravelOcat: If you have any shame left, try doing honest business.
