Disappointing experience—what they sell is NOT what you get This company is great at marketing, but terrible at execution. We booked a nice heritage package expecting a smooth, curated experience, but the reality was incredibly underwhelming. The "handpicked hotels" were poorly maintained and located far away from the main attractions, forcing us to spend a fortune on local cabs. The itinera (Read More)ry was incredibly rushed, leaving us almost no time to actually explore the sites before being hustled back to the cab. To make matters worse, you got us the cab driver who doesn't know anything about the places which we are touring for...you have not paid the driver...he is asking regularly about the money for parking and all. It felt less like a vacation and more like a poorly managed chore. Definitely not worth the premium price tag they charge
