Starting with the drivers and the vehicle were excellent. The company is very helpful at each stage with very good communication skills. The accommodation was booked as per our suggestion and everythi (Read More)ng was great.
The only one thing we didn't approve was that the driver as a local guide for Mahabeleshwar was not upto the mark.

The traveller was not good and different from the video/image shown before booking.
Hotel in lonavala was very very bad. Amenities, behaviour of hotel staff and cleaning, all were very bad.
There (Read More)was no guide. Traveller driver was not skilled and unknown to the destinations. Each time we had to guide him for everything.

First sorry for this inconvenience. But this our customer informing me want budget trip so giving budget hotels . Otherwise good budgets hotes also recommended . This customer total 12 ppl, giving 5 (Read More) night , 6 days package, From jaipur to Lonawala, mumbai & Mahabaleshwar with including return flights, 17 Seater traveler , hotels stay , all sightseeing in just only Per Pax 19,500 only . So according budget giving hotels also so issues there .
