Worst...Worst Experience with this Travel Agency. Had applied for Tourist visa for Italy from this agency. My Visa Got Rejected due to their unprofessional staff. This is how there team worked:- 1 (Read More). Prepared wrong Itinerary for my Travel. 2. Papers were not shown to me before submitting them to VFS. 3. There team was just too busy to take my calls for any query or follow up. 4. for any sort of revert from them you have to feel as if you are beggars, begging for mercy from them to revert back. 5. My Travel insurance was missing while submitting my papers. 6. There was no reason for my visa to get Rejected, as all my documents were perfect, but still once my Visa got rejected, there was no phone call from there end, none of them bothered to call me back. 7. There was no solution, no phone calls or revert from there end. 8. There main guy Rahul is the most unprofessional of the lot, who will lie you on your face for everything. 9. He will refuse for everything he said & committed. 10. I would request you to not become there prey & JUST DON'T TRUST THEM. THESE ARE BUNCH OF UTTERLY UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, WHO JUST WORK FOR THERE MONEY. THEY ARE LEAST BOTHERED ABOUT THERE CLIENTS & SERVICES. THEY WILL STOP TAKING YOUR CALLS OR HELP IN CASE THERE IS ANY PROBLEM WHILE GETTING VISA... HOPE THIS HELPS ALL...
