• Trip to Bali
We travelled to Bali ,2 senior citizens for a 9day trip ... It was very well planned by Ms Simran .Each and every detail was very well planned,the hotels,the transport etc.. I must appreciate her patience as we had to keep changing the dates for some personal reasons, we were a bit hesitant abt doing water sports,but she encouraged us and gave us a good package and made our trip memorable at no (Read More)extra cost ... All my future trips too r going to be booked through them .. Trust is very imp when we travel to new places...
On day 1 we didn't get well with the driver,and we complained to Simran and she immediately got him replaced .
• Trip to Dubai
• Trip to Bangkok, Pattaya, Thailand
Stay and transfers to and from airport was good.
There was a lot of confusion with the sightseeing and entry tickets which was very time consuming and created unnecessary arguments between us and the travel coordinators. They didn't understand the pulse of what the traveller wanted even though there had been clear conversations. We will NEVER RECOMEND Overseas Vacation to any of our friends or family.
• Trip to Singapore
There was no booking available at the hotel. Hotel was changed. We had to wait for 11/2 hours for allotment of rooms. Ms Thisha not responded. Arrogant response from other staff of Singapore Agent. 3rd day half day and 4th day also no planning. . Pick up point videos r sent, but no clarity. It is confusing. Daily drinking Water bottles not supplied in hotel rooms.
• Trip to Pattaya, Bangkok, Thailand
Good hotels at great locations. Pick and drop from hotels made the whole trip seem easy. No need to pay for any attractions so we saved some cash for shopping. I would recommend spending a little extra and get a private vehicle instead of shared one though.
The hotels were a little old but all the hotels, beach and shopping area was walking distance from them so it's ok.
The service is great and the agency is professionally managed. Connections are strong. Madhu from this company organizes everything perfectly, making the experience smooth and stress-free. the packages are cost effective and luxurious. Also hotels are beautiful ..all hotels are of 4 star.
We really had a wonderful time. Everything was up to the mark. They took care of everything including flights (Read More), accommodations, and transportation. 10/10 would recommend.
