This was honestly one of the **worst hotel experiences** we have had, and we are extremely disappointed that you recommended **Aventura Fern Hill Hotel** to us.
The property was **completely misrepre (Read More)sented**. The **bed was not clean**, which is absolutely unacceptable for any hotel stay. On top of that, the **washroom situation was misleading and very disappointing**. The images shared only showed **one good-looking washroom view**, but nowhere was it clearly shown or explained that there was a **common washroom**, and the actual condition of it was **bad, pathetic, and not at all up to basic standards**.
This feels like **false representation and poor guidance from your side**. If we had been shown the **real condition** of the room and washroom honestly, we would have **never booked this place**.
We trusted your recommendation and ended up having a **very unpleasant stay**. This is **not acceptable at all**. We expect you to **take responsibility** for this and take up necessary action
Honestly one of the worst travel services I’ve used. The driver was aggressive, kept ranting non-stop, and was chewing gutka while driving. It made us very uncomfortable and worried about safety. No p (Read More)roper support from MyTripLab even after raising concerns.
We had the worst experience with mytriplab. Very poor management. The driver assigned was very pushing. He was ranting about everything everywhere all the time. Be it people on road or mytriplab itsel (Read More)f or the road and destination we chose or timings we chose. He was continuously chewing gutka most times. Because of his complaining and getting frustrated all the time his driving became unsafe. We already requested mytriplab for different driver but they did not made any other arrangements. Will not recommend mytriplab because we almost had so many mini heart attacks while traveling in their cab. After every 15 Minutes I thought we would be having an accident or something.
We are बेहद satisfied with the services provided by Lokesh; the journey was comfortable and well-coordinated. Everything was managed perfectly, making our trip to Jaipur stress-free.
