We had an absolutely incredible safari in Kenya with Mara Infinity, and I cannot recommend them highly enough.
From the very beginning, Jackie organized everything perfectly. Communication was excell (Read More)ent, every detail was taken care of, and when we had to make a last-minute change due to our own mistake, she adapted our itinerary incredibly quickly and without any hassle. Her professionalism and flexibility made the whole experience stress-free.
Our guide, Sam, was simply outstanding. He was knowledgeable, patient, polite, and genuinely passionate about wildlife. Thanks to his expertise and determination, we were fortunate enough to see the Big Five, along with countless other amazing animals. He always made sure we had the best viewing opportunities while respecting the wildlife, and he was happy to answer all of our questions.
What impressed us even more was how comfortable they made the trip for our family. We traveled with our 1-year-old child, and my wife and I always felt safe, supported, and well looked after. The team was understanding of our needs and made every effort to ensure everyone enjoyed the experience.

Our guide, Sam, was very attentive. He prepared Chinese charging plugs, binoculars, a Chinese version of the East African wildlife guidebook, and Wi-Fi in the car. He always made preparations in advan (Read More)ce and cleaned the car windows for us so we could observe the animals more clearly. He offered great suggestions for the itinerary and reminded us where to buy goods at the most reasonable prices. His knowledge of animals was comprehensive—he recognized every species in the book, understood their habits, helped us find the best viewing angles, and gave us advice on framing our photos. Thanks to him, we had a perfect travel experience.
