Their whole execution was not that great. Their only concern was money, they didn't care how tourists are doing. Zero coordination from their side

Nothing, I was really disappointed by the behaviour of your staff and co owner.
You could have handled the customer well, you could have followed the terms and conditions what was agreed while booking. You shouldn't have forced to make the payment earlier. And the rude behaviour from the service team was really disappointing. Please make a better arrangement for stay when you say it's deluxe room. Provide a better facility when you say it's 3 star hotel. Really disappointing.

accommodation and guide was good and it’s safe to travel with them.
Itinerary can be more good if they planned bit better . There was a confusion while going to places as listed in the pdf but driver asked us to go where they take as they now those all places can’t have covered in a day

Had a wonderful experience with Make My Holiday! The team was very supportive throughout the trip. A special thanks to Laxmi ma’am—she was extremely understanding, helpful, and cooperative. All the hotels were great, and the drivers were also very good. Overall, it was a fantastic experience. Definitely recommend going with them!
