Transportation done smoothly, all drivers are polite and helpful, guided us very well regarding the places and food
Accommodation specially in Darjeeling was not good, for rest other places food and accommodation was great

the drivers were really good and skilled, and the vehicles were in good condition.
poor communication, no punctuality of time, for instance on Day 1 and 2, the vehicle came 2.5 hours late than the scheduled time, kept us in the dark, no information of the drivers provided beforehand, not much ease, overall a roller-coaster experience,
