Dear Rohit, We would like to apologize and sorry to hear that you were less than satisfied with the hotel stay. Since we pride ourselves on our services and the high quality standards we maintain, it has come as a surprise for us. We request you to share more details about your stay. Though we have investigated the issues & want to inform you that Mr. Manish who travelled in this tour didn't complain for anything except the fan in the room. Max. of the hotels in Shillong (being the hill station) do not have fan. He was satisfied with the accommodation. Also, we didn't take any advantage of a person who dropped out. Extra bed refund amount was adjusted with your total booking amount. Having said that, we have shared your feedback with the hotel. Thanks Team Kiomoi
