Would just suggest clearer disclosures around early check-ins for flights and hotels to help newbies plan better.

This was our first booking through kamaha and undoubtedly it was really a great and hassle free experience. The itenary was well planned, the transportation and xfers were seamless and well organised. Special mention to Mohit who was extremely helpful and just a call away. The itenary was well planned.
Our stay at Furama was something we did not like and would not recommend it to anyone visiting the place.

I really enjoyed how well-organized the trip was. Kamaha vacations took care of all the details, from airport transfers to hotel bookings and guided tours. It made the entire experience stress-free. I also appreciated the knowledgeable local guides they provided—they gave us deeper insight into Thai culture and history.Everything ran smoothly, and I felt like I was able to truly relax and enjoy Th (Read More)ailand without worrying about logistics.
Overall, the trip was enjoyable. The resorts although 5*, it had chances of serving better. The location of the hotels were good but could have been better as well.That said, I still appreciated the overall planning and support from the agency.

Need to starve in plane with family for 7 hours. tour Pickup planned and dropped from hotel but not provided. Pickup timing not as per itinerary.

Our trip to Bangkok, Krabi and Phuket was meticulously planned by Kamaha staff. Pickups were prompt right from the airport and a daily reminder of the next days activities would be sent by WhatsApp in (Read More) advance. The hotels were located right in the happening places and making it very convenient to move about in the evenings.
I would definitely approach Kamaha team for my next vacations too... !!!

V compared her plan that was made according with two other renound hi-fi companies & foun (Read More)d cheaper, facilities almost equivalent and one more city was added to explore in our thiland tour.

Sudha (B2B agent) had booked domestic package (Srinagar + Katra + Amritsar + Delhi) She asked for basic budget hotels(2*) & price was paid for the same only, still we booked 3* hotels. Further her cl (Read More)ients were expecting 5* hotels in the price of budget hotels (because of the false promises made by Sudha & Malesh).
Client called us at early mornings & late nights instead of calling there agent (Sudha), still we responded them every time immediately as all females were travelling & helped them wherever needed.
Clients were promised dinners etc by Sudha which were not a part of the package since the starting that is why they were disappointed.
Wrong promises were made by Sudha & Malesh (B2B agent) to the clients so their expectations were more than the price paid. We had a very bad experience working with Sudha & Malesh.
