One area for improvement - need to closely monitor the behaviour of driver / guide and ensure the daily activities planned are completed to the guest satisfaction.

Our Himachal family trip was very nice, because of Ms. Priyanka, who was coordinating with us and our designated driver until 02:00 AM (OMG… early morning without sleep, what a dedication). She also a (Read More)rranged air tickets and did early Check-in for our convenience.
The hotels arranged by Holiday Gateway in Shimla and Manali were very cozy and had beautiful views from the rooms. The hotel foods (all south and north Indian foods) were tasty.
I personally believe that if anyone is planning to visit Himachal, Holiday Gateway is the best choice.
