Nothing we like. They did not coordinate with us, Very bad experience with the Himawat destination tour. They provide very poor quality service to the customer. In Bhubaneswar they provide us very bad conditional rooms for stay(Plush hotel at puri and bhuwaneshwar). The provided room does not have a proper lock system and very dirty cupboard given. We always aim to provide comfo (Read More)rtable accommodation and well-coordinated travel services. We regret the inconvenience you mentioned regarding the room condition and coordination during your stay in **Bhubaneswar and Puri**.
However, we would like to clarify that the payment committed for the tour package was not completed during the trip despite several reminders from our team. Additionally, our staff reported facing inappropriate language and behavior late at night while they were trying to assist with your arrangements, which created a very uncomfortable situation.
The hotels in Bhubaneswar and Puri were arranged as per the agreed package category and availability at the time of booking. As we work with third-party hotels, properties are selected based on availability. That said, the concerns regarding the room lock system and cleanliness are not the standard we aim to provide. We have already shared this feedback with the hotel management for review.
We value customer feedback and always try to resolve concerns professionally. At the same time, we request mutual respect and cooperation so our team can provide the best possible service to all travelers.

It was so well planned. Well managed. Hotels and drivers are really too good. And Himavat made sure that everything goes nice.

The entire journey was well-organized, with smooth transportation and comfortable accommodations. Gangtok’s scenic beauty and the peaceful atmosphere of Darjeeling made the trip truly memorable.
