Bali trip with family for 7N/8D - Thank you Rohit for helping us (a family of 3 people) plan a trip, and successfully execute it at each step of the journey. We went through many iterations during the planning phase and each time you were patient, asking me the right questions and sometimes re confirming them again and again to ensure that I have clarity on what we wanted from a family holiday trip. Your emphasis on customer focus, and truly putting the effort to understand a customer`s true need is something I really appreciate. Myself, my wife and son thouroughly enjoyed the trip to the fullest. Considering that ours was a slightly different trip in terms of the itinerary being relaxed, staying at just a few places and absorbing the culture more than hopping from one place to another, your thoughtful suggestions were really helpful. The local team on ground which helped us as the trip started (on a day to day basis) did a tremendous job of ensuring that everything was happening as planned. Special mention here again to our driver Budi Arsawan who is a wonderful human being at heart, a great person to converse with and helped us understand the culture of Bali a bit more. His presence was the cherry on top of the cake. A BIG Thank you to you and each and everyone in your team :)

My holidays were really a worth spending money. Regarding the hotel stay, I had nice stay at 4 and 5 star hotel. Regarding the selection of places and activities available there, was a great pleasure (Read More)watching nature and experiencing new activities which I really enjoyed. Regarding my travelling, It met my expectations and I feel happy.
