I had a terrible experience with End 2 End Vacations. I booked a full trip package worth around ₹5.2 lakhs, and nothing went as promised. They outsourced our trip to a local company at the destination, and both parties were extremely uncooperative. We did not receive the services we paid for. Our package included a guide and a car for 6 days — the guide showed up only once, and he was very rude (Read More). Before the trip, the trip manager assured us we would have a flexible car available at all times, but in Vietnam the driver barely coordinated with us and did not understand English, making the entire experience stressful. One incident that really shows their lack of concern: we requested to stop for lunch around 1 PM, and the guide kept delaying, insisting he would take us to a “good place.” We repeatedly told him we were hungry, but he ignored us and ultimately dropped us back at the hotel at 5:30 PM — just so he could end his shift early, even though the itinerary clearly stated he was supposed to be with us until 7:30 PM. This was the worst travel experience I’ve ever had, all because of End 2 End Vacations. Definitely not recommended.
