Kashmir/Amritsar Visit
Trip to Gulmarg, Pahalgam, Srinagar
I was planning to visit J&K with family, for which i was in search of a good Holiday PKG provider. I selected Doodle Holidays which was a good selection.
From Beginning to ending they have guided as (Read More) very closely and confidently we enjoyed our days in Kashmir & Amritsar. It was a life time experience and my family enjoyed the best.
They have provided good vehicle at Srinagar with a very friendly driver com guide, Arrangement of boat house and Hotel at Srinagar was very good.
I appreciate the support and services provided by Doodle Holidays and thanks for taking care of us.
Worst Horrible
Wish I can give 0 star. Such a horrible experience with Doodle. When we reached Ujjain the car which they gave us was too small. We told them many times that we have many luggage but they didn’t liste (Read More)n. The hotel was worst. They keep changing the car and driver again and again such a waste of time! They took the full amount and the service was so bad. I have never experienced this from any tours and travel agency. The driver behaviour was also very rude.Transportation was very very bad non cooperative. The driver kept us waiting every time when we asked him to come pick us he was always saying that there is no
Place for car in that area and it was also waste of time. Doodle don’t have any professionalism at all.

We had a trip to Rajasthan from 27/10/23 to 2/11/23 organized by Doodle Holidays. Ms. Pragya Rathoud of Doodle has been very helpful right from planning till completion of the tour. Overall, it was a (Read More)very good trip.
However, more attention required to be paid on checking the offered accommodation and should attempt to ensure that the driver accompanying visitors should be well versed. The accommodation offered in Mount Abu was not good.
Trip to Rajasthan
We undertook a tour to Rajasthan from 27th Oct'23 to 2nd Nov'23. We appreciate services offered by Doodle Holidays right from planning till completion of the trip. We specially appreciate efforts, coo (Read More)rdination and support of Ms. Pragya Rathoud. However, couple of things required to be improved like complete tour detail should be shared with the transporters and the person accompanying guests should be well knowing the places they are visiting. Quality of accommodation should be ensured. We are not satisfied with the hotel offered typically at Mount Abu.

I wanted to share feedback on our recent trip to Jaisalmer and Jodhpur, organized by Doodle Company (Sumit & Pragya).
Overall, we had a positive experience with most aspects of the trip, specially th (Read More)e Desert Valley Resort was so amazing , well-planned, and the arrangements were commendable. Thank you, Sumit, for the prompt reply and assisting us on the day of arrival, as well as managing things throughout our trip. Thank you, Pragya, for putting in so much effort into our itinerary.
However, I would like to bring to your attention a couple of areas where we encountered some challenges.
Hotel Experience - Rajputana Palace
Unfortunately, our stay at the Rajpuana hotel was not up to expectations. The cleanliness standards were lacking, and the overall hygiene was a concern. Additionally, the quality of food provided did not meet our expectations. kindly don't refer to others.
Driver Knowledge:
The driver assigned to us was not familiar with the local areas, and as a result, lacked sufficient information about the places we visited. It would greatly enhance the customer experience if drivers were more knowledgeable about the destinations.
I believe addressing these issues will contribute to an even better customer experience for future travelers. We appreciate your attention to these matters and look forward to continued positive experiences with your company.
This was my first trip to desert. overall experience was very good. will surely plan to visit the place again. Pragya was very helpful all the time. She managed the things very smartly.

However, Doodle need to improve on accommodation arranged for guests specially in Mount Abu. Also, it should be attempted to ensure that drivers accompanying guests should be well acquainted with places etc.
I had a great experience working with Pragya, she was always available before and during the trip for any queries or issues.
