This was my first time in himachal , and I think BNS did a pretty good job . The itinerary included all the famous sights seeings . The stays were pretty decent , but shimla stay has my heart “the bes (Read More)t view” . The only minus i wud count on, is the miscommunications we had with the agent , during our trip . Over all, this trip made us live the YJHD moment of our lives ?

Would like to thanks Arun from BNS Travel who managed and arranged our Manali Trip very well. It was a great 8 day tour trip package which includes hotel stay, campaign, car and food. Hotel rooms prov (Read More)ided under package was very good and Car driver too was experienced , accomodative and well mannered. We all had a memorable trip.
We got a little hiccup and stay issues in kasol camp but that was totally a fault of Parvati camp kasol owner mistake who was irresponsible and provided different camp.
Overall we had a nice safe and memorable trip. Definitely will recommend to my friends and family to go and opt north tour package from BNS travel

Had a family tour booking with this guy ARUN,He was very much polite at time of booking. Service was not good at few homestays and hotels,Even after confirming Jain Food info was not further shared wi (Read More)th homestays and hotels, Rude behaviour at the end of trip, asked for more money then given in package and stopped car at unknown place....even after full payment was done as finalized.....Then I had to call POLICE for further assistance... Will never recommend anybody to...work with this guy....As when you are with your family and someone stops the car on an unknown place....and pressurise to pay more amount than decided....Very bad experience will request tripcrafters to not work with this kind of person who doesn't value customers...and leave them on road.....VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE
