Shibuya, Tokyo Overview
Shibuya Crossing, outside the Hachiko exit, moves up to 3,000 people on a single green light. Street level is the least interesting view of it: Shibuya Sky puts you 230 metres up on an open roof, and the station Starbucks does the same job for free. Behind it sits Tokyo's centre of gravity for shopping and nightlife. Note the year-round street drinking ban after 6pm.
