Otres Beach, Sihanoukville Overview

Otres Beach is located off the Phnom Som Nak Sdach close to Sihanoukville in Cambodia. After Ochheuteal, it is the second most visited beach by the tourists. It is also quite popular among the young locals who arrive here during the weekends and holidays for a beach getaway.

Similar to Ochheuteal, Otres beach also has plenty of accommodation options to choose Boutique hotels, and beachside villas are more popular among foreign tourists.
Many of these upscale places also offer complimentary boat tours and watersports tours.
The entrance to the Otres is the first stretch and is the busiest section of the beach. There are shops selling boat trips, watersports gears, and shacks for the tourists.
Further away from this line is an excellent place for snorkelling, kayaking, swimming and surfing. People who want to dive head to Koh Rong from the pier nearby.

How To Reach Otres Beach

Otres Beach is located about 8km from the downtown of Sihanoukville and takes about 25 to 30 minutes to reach. Speedboats and regular boats are available throughout the day, from the main pier, with the last ferry around 5 PM from other islands. It costs about 35 USD per person for a round trip. Group tours and day trips include pickup from the guesthouse and transportation and cost between 50 to 75 USD per person.
