Undoubtedly one of the best places in the country to get a glimpse of wildlife (was a few meters away from a gorgeous white tiger myself). Make sure to take dull, covered clothing to protect yourself from the elements and the mosquitoes. The evenings can be quite pleasant and affordable hotels abound- however, Ranthambore is best enjoyed by exploring every nook of wilderness through safaris, animal rides, treks and night outs, which requires way advance booking. You?ll also find postcards and traditional Rajasthani handicrafts to take back home with you. Ideally should be part of a larger statewide holiday

- Remember to get mosquito repellants. Hats and umbrellas during summers might be needed. Safaris within the reserve are very dusty. Carry appropriate woolens during winters - as the safari (in open vehicles) can be very cold.

Ranthambore Bagh has great hosts who will guide you in the friendliest manner, offers some great food, and also help you in planning your trip to the wildlife park and the Jeep safari. The stay will be worth your money and you will have a really good time.

Hi, You should plan for atleast 3-4 safaris for a good chance of tiger sighting. Try to get zone 1-7, also bookings open 3 months in advance. When are you planning for ?
