Kabuli Bagh Mosque, Panipat Overview
First built by Babur to commemorate his victory over Ibrahim Lodhi, the garden of Kabuli Bagh along with a mosque was named after Babur''s wife, Mussammat Kabuli begum.
Some years later when Humayun defeated Salem Shah near Panipat, he added a masonry Platform to it and called it _‹ÐChabutra" Fateh Mubarak, bearing the inscription 934 Hijri (A.D.1557).
