Andretta Pottery, located in the serene village of Andretta near Palampur in Himachal Pradesh, is one of India's oldest pottery studios, established in the 1980s by renowned potter Sardar Gurcharan Singh and his son Mansimran 'Mini' Singh. The studio specializes in earthen slipware and offers a variety of programs, including a three-month intensive residential course, a seven-day pottery retreat, and short hands-on experiences for visitors. Visitors can also explore the attached terracotta museum, showcasing a collection of local and international pottery, and purchase handcrafted items from the on-site craft shop.
