Ozar Tourism

The scenic view of vineyard scapes and forest covered hills makes Ozar one of the beautiful offbeat destinations around Mumbai. It is known for its enormous production of grapes, onions, corn and Vigneshwara Temple. The place is a home for various indigenous tribes that own a secluded lifestyle and often provides a wide array of a cultural showcase in food and traditions. Three hours away from exciting Nashik, it is a great place for weekend getaways with friends and families.

The Swami Bhramanand Temple is another significant religious center of the town. Other than these, the Hal Museum or Pragati Aerospace Museum here, often finds itself on tourists' itineraries.

On this day, the bulls are allowed to rest, and a procession is carried out by farmers to celebrate and thank the animal. In the evening, music and dance performances are held for entertainment. - Carry extra food and supplies with you, facilities are not present at proper intervals.
- In case of planning to stay back, make sure you enquire about the availability of hotel rooms beforehand.
- During Ganesh Chaturti and other days dedicated to Lord Ganesha, large crowd gathers in the temples. Avoid these days if you're looking for a quaint visit to the temple.
