Imperial War Museum North, also known as the IWM North, is a museum located in Manchester, England. It is one of the five branches of the IWMs. The motive of this museum is to explore the impact of the modern conflicts on the society in general. The museum was designed by architect Daniel Libeskind and opened in July 2002. There are a lot of exhibitions that take place here. The exhibitions expresses all the aspects of modern war, people's suffering and experiences due to the conflict in all fields of life and the negative issues.
